LVCT Health
LVCT is an indigenous Kenyan non-governmental and not-for-profit organisation. We are driving Kenya towards universal access to HIV testing and counselling, linking HIV testing to treatment, providing evidence for HIV policy reforms and service delivery developing capacities of indigenous organisations and building sustainable human resources for community HIV services. We give special attention to those with greatest vulnerability to infection and with special service needs, including survivors of sexual violence, persons living with disabilities, men who have sex with men, youth and sex workers. Our offices are in Nairobi, Western Region, Eastern and Central Region and Rift Valley.

LVCT Health acknowledged at the Launch of KAIS 2012
The Final Report of the Kenya AIDS Indicator  Survey 2012 was launched on 25th June 2014 at the Panafric Hotel, Nairobi, Kenya. This is the second AIDS Indicator survey in Kenya whose aim is to provide comprehensive information on the indicators of HIV/AIDS that build upon KAIS 2007 and the Kenya Demographic Health surveys. Speaking at the event, the Chief Guest Cabinet Minister for Health Mr James Macharia noted the decline in HIV prevalence, to 5.6% compared to 7.2% in 2012. Read More
